Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A deposit of your first night’s stay is required at time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, cash or check. A confirmed reservation is a two-way commitment. We commit to holding that particular room for your desired dates, therefore not selling it to someone else. You commit to staying in that room for the dates we’re holding it for you.
In the event you must cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded in full provided your cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to your arrival date. If less notice is given, we will do our best to re-rent your room for the dates of your reservation. If we are unable to re-rent your room, your deposit is non-refundable. We are unable to give refunds on early departures. Please review your email confirmation carefully to avoid any misunderstandings. You are financially responsible for the entire period of your reservation, which includes ‘no shows.’ Reservations will be held until 8:00 am the day following your scheduled day of arrival.
Best prices are always guaranteed by booking direct through us, either on our website or by calling us at 920-868-2201. If you choose to make your reservation through an online travel agency (Booking.com, etc.), you are responsible for the policies you agree to through those websites.
During peak summer season weekends, holidays, festivals and some events we require a three-night minimum at high rate. For Door County Half Marathon, Fyr Bal Festival, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day/Pumpkin Patch and Fall Festival weekends the rate is $10 extra per night.
Room rates are based on double occupancy (two people). Additional persons are $10 extra per person, per night when using existing beds. There is no capacity for extra beds or cots in our rooms.
All rates are subject to applicable tax.

We offer rooms on the first and second floor. We do not have an elevator. If you have a floor request, please let us know when you make your reservation and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
We strive to fulfill guest requests concerning location, room layout or proximity of accommodations, but are unable to guarantee such requests. At check-in every effort will be made to honor such requests based on resort occupancy.
For the comfort and safety of our guests, all our rooms and common areas are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in the designated area near the soda machine. Thank you for your cooperation!

Lost & Found
Lost and found items are held for 30 days and then donated to a local charity. Please call us if you’d like your item(s) returned. We ask that you pay shipping costs.
